Hey, I’m Oscar.

Training has a special place in my heart, and this has oozed into my professional life: I want to share that infectious passion with others through coaching.

But it hasn’t always been that way.

It took a corporate job and plenty of deliberating before I realised that this is what I wanted to be doing full time.

At university, I was intensely interested in all aspects of fitness in my spare time: strength, mobility, injury rehabilitation & skill development.

I started designing tailored programs for my friends, structuring rehabilitation for aches and pains, and giving out advice where needed.

Since then I’ve realised my mission: to simplify the fitness experience.

My approach aims to simplify the fitness experience through stripped-back, bespoke coaching that gets self-improving people results.

Specialising in HYROX, running & lifting, and hybrid training, my coaching fights back against an industry that is determined to sell you complexity, quick fixes and fad products you simply don’t need to hit your goals.
