What should you do?

Here’s what I recommend for the majority of people coming into my coaching service.

PHASE 1

CUT - let’s trim off excess fat, and get you looking toned and lean. This way, you get a quick win, and a clean foundation on which to build.

PHASE 2

REVERSE DIET TO NEW MAINTENANCE - slowly increase calories to stoke your metabolism

PHASE 3

BUILD - slight surplus to really start to pack on muscle, without excess fat.
